Being a smaller Club means we can get to know our members...you won't be member 5647 at our Gym! Our personal service and sterling customer service is what makes us special here at FIT4LIFE.

CARDIO EQUIPTMENT

FIT4LIFE will give you all the support and structure you need to get the best from our Health Club...you just show us the will and we will show you the way!

Our Cardio equiptment is top of the range and mostly made by industry leaders CYBEX. We have Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Bikes, Rowers and a Power Vibration Plate.

MEMBERS SPA - SEATING AREA

Our Spa area is a great place to chillout after a good workout.
