Memberships at Fit4Life Milton Keynes Gym

FIT4LIFE MK is open from 7am until 9pm on weekdays
and 8am until 5pm at the weekends.

We are generally closed on Bank Holidays. Check Easter and Christmas opening times as these differ from year to year.

Health Checks can be booked at any time and are part of your membership. See our "Health/Fitness Checks" page for full info on tests available. We want our members to achieve their desired goals and our Health Check tests can ensure you are staying on course. We are always happy to help with any Health & Fitness related subjects including Nutrition. You are more than just a number to us...we want you to achieve great things!

There are no hidden costs at FIT4LIFE MK. We have NO joining fee and our membership tariffs are listed below. We do of course offer other services including Personalised Exercise Programmes, which give your workouts proper structure and help you to achieve your desired goals. These are priced at £10.00 per programme and can be arranged at your initial consultation. For this £10.00 you will have a programme specifically designed for you with your own personal goals in mind and you are then given a Personal Training session to go through the plan. We do not have long term contracts at FIT4LIFE MK. To join you must be willing to stay on board with us for at least 3 months. Thereafter you can cancel giving one months notice. Membership fees are paid through Direct Debit and are requested on the 1st of each month. The only other payment plan we offer is to pay for 12 months up front (cash/cheque) for which we offer a 15% discount on prices below.

To get started all you need to do is book an appointment to fill out a few forms and then we can tailor make your induction depending on your level of experience in a Gym environment. Our speciallity is working with people who have never used a Gym before so do not worry if you have never stepped foot in a Health Club before...we offer a personal and supportive service. Our members are just good folk who want to get fit.
