MATT DARNELL - FIT4LIFE MILTON KEYNES DIRECTOR

Hi my name is Matt and I am the owner of FIT4LIFE which I founded in 2006 after working very hard to become a qualified Personal Trainer & Sports Therapist. I love running my own club and hope members enjoy the environment for exercise which I have created.

My background is a sporty one enjoying all sports but mainly dedicating my efforts to my Number one passion, Ice Hockey, which I had the great fortune of playing professionally with the Kings in Milton Keynes and Birmingham.

I have always enjoyed the exercise part of Health & Fitness but always had to work hard at the nutritional side of things as I LOVE TO EAT! I definitely know first hand how frustrating and upsetting it can be to carry a few extra lbs. This is the reason I do what I do. I enjoy assisting people in planning their own exercise and nutrition so they can be the best possible version of themselves.

My training style is let’s work hard, but have some fun while we do it. So whatever your goals are as long as you come with an open mind and a sense of humour I know we’ll get on great. I mainly take care of the Club and Members but do have a few slots each week to do Personal Training. If you would like my services as a “PT” book as early as possible, especially if you are looking to whipped into shape for a particular date (wedding / holiday / function etc).
