FIT4LIFE can be booked to make workplace visits.

All we need is a quiet office or meeting room and we can spend an afternoon Health Checking your employees. All of our 1st Class Health Checking Equiptment can easily be bagged and transported to your workplace and we can spend as much or little time with each of your employees as you see fit.

With our professional knowledge and approach we can discuss individual employees test results (see our "Health Check" page for our range of testing) and hopefully create a healthier work place by highlighting good results and giving some simple tips on how to improve any poor results. We would then back up any reccomendations with handouts and other literature and would also be happy make return visits to re-test.

A healthier office means less sick days and our hourly rate is fiercly competitive.
